Welcome to MediaTech, a leading Audio Visual Integration company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

3.1 Quotations and Proposals
All quotations and proposals provided by MediaTech are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. MediaTech reserves the right to withdraw or modify any quotation or proposal at any time.
3.2 Orders and Payment
All orders must be confirmed in writing. Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice provided to the client. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the invoice.
3.3 Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change. MediaTech will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated dates but will not be liable for delays.
3.4 Warranty and Support
MediaTech offers a warranty on its installations and products as specified in the client contract. Support services are available as outlined in the support agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by MediaTech, including but not limited to software, documentation, and designs, are the intellectual property of MediaTech. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their intended purpose.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the Services confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
MediaTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. MediaTech’s total liability to the client for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving notice of the breach. Upon termination, the client will pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which MediaTech is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Amendments
MediaTech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
